E-bikes, the workshop and the rides,
on your shop screens
Your window shows the e-bike of the moment with finance options and cycle-to-work scheme savings — not a faded poster of last year's model. Inside, customers compare MTB, gravel, urban and kids bikes, check frame-size availability, and see that the workshop offers service and maintenance. They sign up to Saturday's group ride before they leave.

What you show on screen
from day one
Ready-made templates for the independent bike shop and the multi-brand cycling store. Window, workshop, sales floor and events — all managed from one dashboard.
Window: e-bike and model showcase with finance and cycle-to-work
The window features your hero e-bike — or your MTB, gravel, urban or kids range — with finance options and how much the cycle-to-work scheme saves the buyer. Passers-by stop, scan a QR and walk in. You update the featured model from your phone in seconds, no poster reprint, no vinyl to swap.
Model comparison, frame-size availability and finance
Customers on the sales floor see a side-by-side comparison by type — MTB, gravel, urban, kids — with frame sizes currently in stock and monthly finance or cycle-to-work figures. They reach the till knowing which bike they want and how they'll pay, reducing the time your staff spend on basic questions.
Workshop: tune-up, repair, scheduled maintenance and weekend rental
A dedicated workshop screen shows service packages, current turnaround times and how to book a maintenance slot. Weekend rental rates and availability appear on the same screen. Your workshop fills its diary without phone calls, and rental bikes go out rather than sitting in the back.
Group rides, local routes, accessories, loyalty and reviews
Saturday's group ride, upcoming local routes and events, helmets, locks and GPS accessories with current prices, your loyalty points programme and recent customer reviews. Customers spend more per visit, come back for the community, and recommend you to other riders.

A bike that does not fit
is a thousand pounds in a shed and a customer who never comes back
Sizing is the one thing the buyer genuinely cannot judge and the one that decides whether the bike gets ridden. Nobody returns a bike because it is the wrong size — they just stop using it, conclude cycling is not for them, and the shop never learns why. It is the most expensive silent failure in the trade.
Say what you have, in sizes, before they ask
Not stock counts — the range you carry for the model in the window. It changes when a delivery lands, not every hour, and whoever unpacks it can update it from a phone in twenty seconds. It also stops the conversation nobody wants: the customer who has decided on that exact bike and then finds out it does not come in their size.
The free first service almost nobody claims
New cables stretch and new spokes settle, which is why the first service exists at around six weeks. Most people never book it, the bike starts creaking, and they blame the bike. Putting it on the wall as a date rather than a perk — «book it before you leave» — costs nothing, brings them back through the door at week six, and is the cheapest second visit a shop will ever buy.
Register it at the counter, not later
Marking and registering a bike takes minutes at the point of sale and essentially never happens afterwards. It is genuinely useful to the owner, it is a reason to keep your receipt and your name attached to the bike, and it is one of the few services here that the internet cannot post through a letterbox.
The workshop is the part that comes back
The sale is once; the service, the tyres and the brake pads are every season. Whoever brings a bike in for a service is a customer you see every year — and the one to whom, at the right moment, you sell the next bike. Reminding people when a service is due fills the weeks in which nobody walks in.

The three e-bike questions
that decide the sale and that nobody answers
An e-bike is the highest ticket in the shop and the purchase people research hardest, which means the customer arrives with a head full of specifications and three genuine doubts underneath. Answering them plainly on a wall beats any discount, because every competitor is discounting and almost none of them is answering.
What the range really is. Quoted figures come from flat ground, a light rider and low assistance. The useful version is your version: what a rider gets on the hill everybody here knows, with shopping on the back, in the cold. A shop that gives an honest lower number and is right is trusted on everything else afterwards — and a shop that repeats the brochure gets the complaint six weeks later.
What happens to the battery in four years. This is the question people are too embarrassed to ask and the reason plenty of them walk out and buy nothing. Say what a replacement costs, whether it is still made, and how long the manufacturer has supported previous models. It sounds like a reason not to buy; in practice it is the single thing that converts a hesitant buyer, because it is the only answer in the shop that could have been left unsaid.
And where the legal line sits. Assistance that cuts out at 15.5 mph, 250 watts, rider fourteen or over — anything beyond that is a different category with different rules, whatever it is sold as online. Customers do not know, and the ones who find out afterwards find out badly. Being the shop that says it plainly is worth more than the sale you decline.
In all honesty: we do not connect to your till or your stock system. The screen shows what you load and you update it from your phone. What it does is put those three answers in front of someone while they are still standing next to the bike — rather than at home that night, reading a forum.
