The ticket you call and the brand you sell,
on the same screen

Legacy queue systems waste a whole display showing only "A12". The brand promos live on a separate screen, opening hours on a printed sign, monthly offers on another poster. With Digisini one TV shows the current ticket, the live queue, today's promo and opening hours — all rotating automatically. Update from your phone. Your existing ticket dispenser stays.

Everything your waiting area does,
on one screen

Ticket calling, live queue, brand content and multi-station setup — all from the same Digisini account. No separate hardware, no extra subscriptions.

01

Ticket call — clear and loud

Number or letter, counter or desk number, a directional arrow and an optional voice chime. Your customer hears and sees exactly where to go. No staff shouting across the waiting room, no confusion about which counter is open. Call the next ticket from your phone or tablet in one tap.

02

Visible queue — nobody wonders how long

The next 3–5 tickets appear in a sidebar with an estimated wait time. Customers stop approaching the counter to ask "how long?". Anxiety drops, the room feels calm, and your staff stop repeating the same answer twenty times a day. The queue updates in real time as you call each ticket.

03

Brand content fills the rest

While the ticket sits in the corner, the rest of the screen rotates your promotions, opening hours, seasonal offers, social media handles or any notice you push from your phone. The same TV that used to show only "A12" now sells your CBD range, reminds about flu jabs, promotes your loyalty card or shows the week's specials — no extra screen needed.

04

Multi-station — main screen + per-counter

One main screen in the waiting area shows the full queue and brand content. Each counter or desk can have its own smaller screen showing only its ticket and counter-specific information. Optional integration with your existing ticket dispenser (Qmatic, Sigma, generic via webhook/API). No need to replace your current dispenser hardware.

The plan your
queue needs

Single waiting-area screen with 1 counter: Starter €9/month. Waiting room + 2–3 counter screens: Pro €19/month (most popular). Multi-counter branch with webhook integration: Business €59/month. Multi-branch network: Network €199/month. All plans include a 14-day trial with no credit card required.

How the turn call
works

A traditional queue system calls the number and wastes the rest of the screen. Digisini calls the turn and uses that space to sell.

Turn call

The number or letter of the turn called appears large, next to the counter or desk, with an audible cue. The customer knows when it is their turn without watching, and the room stops asking "who's next?".

Live queue

The next 3 to 5 turns in a side column, with the average wait. Seeing the queue move cuts the anxiety and the complaints: the wait feels shorter when the end is in sight.

The space others waste

Traditional systems leave most of the screen on an empty blue background. That is where your brand, your promotions and your information go: captive attention from the customer watching the screen for their number.

Multi-counter, multi-screen

A main screen in the waiting area with the turn and the queue, and a secondary one per counter or desk with that station's number. All from one account, in sync, with no proprietary panel per counter.

The turn you call
and the brand you sell, on the same screen

A queue manager does not have to be a costly box that only calls numbers. It can be your best sales screen while it keeps the room in order.

The wait is captive attention going to waste. The customer waiting for their turn stares at the screen, waiting for their number. A traditional system shows them an empty blue background; Digisini shows them your services, your promotions and your brand in the same space. You turn the dead minute of the queue into the best moment to communicate, without distracting from the turn.

You reuse the hardware you already have. No need to throw out your ticket dispenser: Digisini integrates with Qmatic and similar to read the turn, or you type it in if you prefer. What changes is not the ticket machine, it is the screen: it goes from a dumb segment panel to a normal TV that also sells.

A number, not a name: privacy by design. The turn is called by number or letter, never by the customer's name. It is GDPR-friendly with no effort — there is no personal data on the screen — and works the same in a pharmacy, a bank, a council office or a service centre. The room is kept in order without exposing anyone.

To be straight with you: we do not make the ticket dispenser. We integrate with yours via its API, or the turn is entered by hand; the ticket hardware stays yours. Digisini is the screen layer that calls the turn, shows the queue and uses the rest for your brand.

Common questions
about queue management

The current called ticket (number or letter + counter or desk). The next 3–5 tickets waiting in a sidebar. An estimated wait time. And the rest of the screen fills with your brand content: today's promotions, opening hours, seasonal offers, social media or any notice you push from your phone. Everything rotates automatically — you decide the timing.
Yes. Any Smart TV with a browser (Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android TV) works straight away. If the screen is older, a Fire Stick or Chromecast (~£30) turns it into a digital display. Plug in the TV, open Digisini in the browser, enter the PIN and your first screen is live in 5 minutes. No technician needed.
Yes. Each screen is independent and can show different content. The main waiting-area screen shows the full queue, the called ticket and your brand promos. Each counter or desk can have its own smaller screen showing only its own called ticket and counter-specific content. All managed from your phone.
Digisini connects with Qmatic, Sigma and generic dispensers via webhook or API (Business+ plan). It is not a fully native integration out of the box — for deep native integration contact us about a custom setup. As a practical alternative on any plan, staff can call the next ticket directly from a phone or tablet in seconds, without touching a dedicated terminal.
Single waiting-area screen with 1 counter: Starter €9/month. Waiting room + 2–3 counter screens: Pro €19/month (most popular). Multi-counter branch with webhook integration: Business €59/month. Multi-branch network: Network €199/month (50 screens, per-location accounts). See all plans.
Yes. The player caches up to 48 hours of content locally. If the Wi-Fi drops, the screens keep showing the last called ticket, the queue and your brand content without interruption. When the connection is restored, only the latest changes sync.
No. Cancel whenever you like, no penalty. 14-day trial on paid plans, no credit card required. Free plan: 1 screen with Digisini watermark and 5 % partner ad slots. To remove them, move to Starter at €9/month.
That is exactly the difference from a traditional queue system. While the screen calls the number and shows the queue in a side column, the rest of the space — which the classic systems leave blank — you use for your brand, your services and your promotions. The customer waiting stares at the screen for their turn: captive attention you turn into communication, without distracting from the call.
Yes, privacy is by design. The turn is called by number or letter — "NOW SERVING 142 · COUNTER 2" — never by the customer's name, so there is no personal data on the screen and the room sees no one's information. It is GDPR-friendly with no effort and works the same in a pharmacy, a bank, a council office or a service centre. You keep the room in order without exposing any person.
Quite a bit, because the cost of classic systems is in the proprietary hardware and the segment displays, which run to hundreds of pounds per counter. With Digisini the screen is a normal TV or a £39 Chromecast, the software starts at €9/month and you reuse the ticket dispenser you already have. You pay for a screen layer that also sells, not for a closed box that only calls numbers.
