The pitch, the activities and the services,
on your campsite screens
A campsite hosts families, couples, motorhomes and backpackers all at once. Capacity changes nightly, activities daily — sunrise yoga, horse rides, bingo, outdoor cinema — plus bar-restaurant menu, pool hours, weather and rules. Printed signage can't keep up. With Digisini you show assigned pitches, today's activities, weather, services and rules on screen — reception, bar, laundry and pool in sync — and you update everything from your phone.

Where the screen goes
on the campsite
A campsite is a small village with guests from half of Europe. Spreading the information by area orients the camper and takes the load off reception.
Reception
The multilingual welcome with the assigned pitch, the barrier code, the site map and where the showers, toilets and laundry are. The camper arriving — often at night and from another country — gets their bearings on their own, without a queue at reception or a call to the out-of-hours phone.
Bar and restaurant
The menu, the set meal with its allergens and the opening times. The bar screen is also where the evening's activity is announced — the quiz, the film — to fill it; whoever is having dinner learns there is something on and stays.
Pool and activities area
The full day's programme: sunrise yoga, sports, workshops, kids' club, pool hours. Activities fill up when they are seen; on the screen in the communal area, the camper plans their day around what you offer.
Service areas
Laundry, shop, towel and bike hire, motorhome service point, waste disposal. Paid services get used more when they are advertised, and visible rules — quiet hours, bins, dogs — cut the friction between pitches.

Orient the camper,
fill the activities, sell the services
A campsite lives on occupancy, on its paid services being used and on its reviews. A well-placed screen moves all three.
Electric hook-up is the question that arrives before the tent is up. Ten amps or sixteen decides whether a kettle and a heater can run at once, and most people find out by tripping the bollard at seven in the evening — taking their neighbours with them. The amperage, what it will and will not run, and where the trip switch lives: three lines by the barrier save the warden the same conversation every changeover day.
Arrival and departure times are the other thing everyone gets wrong. No arrivals before one, off the pitch by eleven, and the gate on a code after ten at night. It is written in the booking confirmation, which is an email nobody reopens on the road. On a screen at the entrance it is read by the person who is actually arriving, at the moment they arrive.
And the weather changes the day here more than anywhere. A wet forecast turns the indoor room into the only place anyone wants to be, and that is when the quiz, the film and the shop hours matter — but the programme was printed on Monday. Being able to move an activity indoors and say so before lunch is worth more than the programme being pretty.
To be straight with you: we do not manage pitch bookings. You carry on with your PMS or with Booking and Camping.info; Digisini is the site's information and activities screen — welcome, map, programme, services — not a booking engine.
