Your clinic's waiting room,
that teaches and retains
The patient comes in with low back pain, waits their turn staring at their phone and leaves without remembering the exercises you prescribed. On the screen they see the correct posture, the 5-session pass and the home exercises that stop the relapse. They remember them, come back and recover faster. You change it all from your phone.

Exercises and posture in the waiting room
Prescribed home exercises, correct posture and relapse prevention. A patient who sees their exercises while they wait remembers them, does them and recovers faster. Better adherence, better outcomes, more word of mouth.
Session passes and appointment reminders
The pass of the month, session bundles and gentle reminders of the next appointment. You fill the diary with passes paid up front and cut the gaps left by no-shows.
Calming feel + hours and reviews
Calm visuals that ease the wait, your opening hours, your phone and your real reviews. A more relaxed waiting room makes first visits easier and patients more confident.

Where the screen goes
in the physiotherapy clinic
In physiotherapy the waiting room is not dead time: it is where the patient is educated and retained. Each screen works a part.
Reception
The services and prices — session, dry needling, lymphatic drainage, sports rehab, pelvic floor — and the month's package. It is where the patient sees the full menu and decides on the package instead of the single session.
Waiting room
The prescribed home exercises, the correct posture and preventing recurrence. The patient waiting learns something useful, sees that you know your craft and leaves with homework that speeds their recovery. Educating in the wait is retention.
Treatment rooms
The visual support to explain the treatment: the area to be treated, the technique, the aftercare. The patient understands what you are doing and why, and the one who understands their treatment engages and comes back.
Reception till
The session bundle, the packages and the gentle next-appointment reminder. Recovery is several sessions; booking the next one at payment keeps the treatment going and the diary full.

The waiting room educates,
the bundle secures the recovery
A physiotherapy clinic lives on treatment adherence and retention. The screen works both: it educates the patient and sustains continuity.
Educating in the wait speeds recovery and retains. The patient who sees the home exercises and the correct posture in the waiting room does their homework, recovers sooner and feels their physio knows their stuff. That improvement is what brings the review and the recommendation; and the recommendation, in physiotherapy, is the engine of the diary. The screen turns waiting time into part of the treatment.
The bundle secures adherence, which is what cures. An injury is not fixed in one session, it is fixed in the full course. The patient who buys the bundle finishes the treatment instead of dropping it at the third session, and that is both the best clinical result and the cash upfront that carries the clinic. Featuring the bundle at reception aligns the business with the real recovery.
Making services known fills the diary. Many patients come for lower back pain and do not know you also do pelvic floor, dry needling or sports rehab. Showing the full menu of services on screen opens treatments the patient needed and did not know you offered, without reception having to list them.
To be straight with you: we do not manage appointments or the patient record. If you use Cliniko, WriteUpp or Jane, you carry on with them; Digisini is the screen layer that educates, retains and makes services known, not a clinic management system.
A good share of the people who say it is too expensive
have already paid for it
Health cash plans through an employer, private medical cover, a union or professional-body scheme: between them they cover a lot of physiotherapy, usually up to a set amount a year, and a striking number of the people entitled to it never claim a penny. Not because they decided not to — because nobody ever told them the benefit existed.
And the second belief costs you as many bookings as the first: that a GP referral is needed. Most people assume physiotherapy starts with a doctor's note, so they put it off until the next appointment they have anyway, which is weeks away, by which point the shoulder either settled or got much worse. Very often no referral is needed at all — and for many workplace schemes the claim is a form and a receipt. Saying so plainly is not selling: it removes a wait the patient invented.
The place for it is the waiting room, not reception. At reception the person is either paying or booking — the decision is already made and they are holding a card. In the waiting room they are sitting with ten minutes and a phone in their hand, which is exactly what checking a policy takes. And it works on the companion as much as on the patient: the person who drove them here has the same cover, the same ache and no appointment.
It also changes the conversation the patient is really having, which is about the course and not the session. Almost nobody abandons treatment after the first session; they abandon after the third or fourth, when it has started to help and the remaining cost stops feeling justified. That is precisely the moment when knowing that six more sessions are reimbursable decides whether the course is finished or dropped — and an unfinished course is the thing that brings the same back through your door in four months.
Two lines and a QR is the whole of it. Name the kinds of scheme, say that a referral is usually not required, and point at where to check. It costs nothing, it discounts nothing, and it is verifiable — which is why it is believed. What it must not do is promise: every policy has its own limits, and the sentence that works is the one that sends people to look, not the one that tells them they are covered.
To be straight with you: we are a screen, not an insurer or a claims service. What any given plan covers, and whether a referral is needed in your setting, is between the patient, their scheme and your own professional body — the point here is only that this money exists, that it goes unclaimed, and that no clinic waiting room says so.
