Your offers, grooming and reminders,
on your shop screens
Passers-by see your pet food deals and adoption photos in the window — something far more compelling than a yellowed food poster. Inside, customers are reminded to book a grooming session and prompted about the vaccine or flea treatment that is coming up for their pet. You update the offer from your phone in seconds — no reprinting required.

What you show on screen
from day one
Ready-made templates for the independent pet shop and the grooming salon with multiple service zones. Zero design work, zero learning curve.
Window offers & adoption
Your window screen shows pet food deals, new stock arrivals and upcoming adoption events to stop people in their tracks. A photo of a puppy or rabbit up for adoption draws in passers-by far more effectively than any paper poster — and you update the message from your phone whenever something changes.
Dog grooming & services
Promote your grooming services, show today's availability and make it easy for customers to book a bath, cut or full groom at the counter. Display the queue so waiting customers know what is next, and cross-sell vet check-ins or additional services with no extra effort from your staff.
Reminders: vaccines, flea/worm treatment & food repurchase
A timely reminder on screen — "Flea treatment month — ask at the counter" or "Annual vaccine season — book now" — prompts customers to act while they are right there in your shop. Drive repeat food purchases by highlighting the brands that run low each month and loyalty rewards for regulars.
Catalogue by pet + loyalty + social
Organise your digital display by pet type — dogs, cats, fish, birds, small animals — so every customer sees products relevant to them. Layer in your loyalty programme and your social feed to build community around your shop and turn one-off buyers into regulars who come back every month.

Where the screen goes
in the pet shop
A pet shop retains with the repurchase and the services. Each screen works a part.
Window
The week's pet-food offer, the snacks on promotion and the rehoming. The offer captures the regular customer and the rehoming draws the passer-by: few things bring people into a shop like an animal looking for a home.
Grooming and services
The dog-grooming slots available, the price of the bath and cut and the vet services. It is where the recurring margin is; having it visible fills the grooming diary and makes known what you offer beyond the food.
Reminders area
The health and repurchase notices: "flea treatment due?", "remember the annual vaccination", "your bag of food is running low". They are the reminders that bring the customer back just when it is due.
Catalogue by pet
The dog, cat, fish and bird sections, the loyalty scheme and your socials. Organising the catalogue by type of pet helps the customer find theirs and discovers products in the section they do not visit.
The repurchase retains,
the services give the margin
A pet shop lives on the recurring repurchase of food and on the grooming and health services. The screen works both.
The food repurchase is a customer every month. Food runs out and has to be replaced, and there is a pet shop's recurrence. Reminding on screen that the bag is running low, or that the flea treatment or vaccination is due, brings the customer back just when they need it, before they buy in the supermarket or on Amazon for lack of you being front of mind. It is loyalty that activates on its own at the right moment.
Grooming and the vet are the margin online does not give. Food competes on price with the big platforms; dog grooming, the bath and the health services are margin and footfall only you have. Showing the available grooming slots and the prices on screen fills the grooming diary and makes known services many customers do not know you offer, and which are what carry the books.
Rehoming attracts and gives image. Few things bring people into a pet shop like an animal up for rehoming looking for a home. The rehoming window draws emotional footfall, gives the image of a shop that cares for animals and turns the one who comes in to ask into a customer for food, accessories and services. It is footfall and reputation at once, and you update it as each situation changes.
To be straight with you: we do not integrate with your shop management or vet software; the reminders are content you upload or schedule, not sent automatically from your systems. The screen shows the offers, the grooming slots, the reminders and the catalogue you upload, and you change them from your phone. Digisini is the screen layer that retains with the repurchase and fills the services.
The useful advice in this shop
only works if it arrives early
Almost everything a pet shop genuinely knows is worth nothing on the day it is needed. Fireworks are the clearest case: on the fifth of November there is nothing left to do but shut a room and turn the radio on. Anything that actually helps had to start a fortnight earlier.
The customer does not know there is a window
They arrive on the night, worried, and buy whatever is nearest to the till. Nobody told them that the calming products and the getting-used-to-it work in days rather than hours, because the only place that could have told them is a shop they were not in yet. The information is not secret and it is not complicated — it is simply always delivered too late, and a poster put up in mid-October is a poster that has become invisible by the time it matters.
Selling it late loses the product, not just the sale
This is the part worth being blunt about. Something bought on the night will probably not work on the night, and the customer will not conclude that they left it late — they will conclude that the product does not work, and they will never buy it again, for this dog or the next one. One rushed sale in November costs several considered ones over the following years. It is one of the few cases where turning someone away with «start this two weeks before next time» is the commercially correct answer.
The rest of the year has the same shape
Fleas and ticks have to be dealt with before anyone sees one. The first properly hot weekend catches every owner unprepared, and it is never on the same date twice. New Year repeats November for people who thought they had got away with it. A pet shop's calendar is unusually predictable, which is exactly what makes a screen worth more here than a printed sign — the content is not new each time, it just has to appear early and then get out of the way.
And the trigger that is not a date at all: moving house
Microchipping is compulsory, and by now nearly every animal has one. The failure is almost never the chip — it is the address on the register, which was correct at the vet's four years and one house move ago. A found dog with an out-of-date record is, in practice, a dog nobody can return. It costs nothing to put that on a screen, it is not attached to anything you sell, and it is the single most useful sentence in this entire section.
