The catalogue, the coils and the launches,
on your shop screens
A counter with 200+ flavours and dozens of devices won't fit on a printed sign — and customers ask about coil compatibility and whether that new flavour is in stock. You change the e-liquid menu and announce launches from your phone, no print needed. Screens live inside the shop only, with the permanent 18+ notice always on.

What you show on screen
from day one
Ready-made templates for the single-counter vape shop and the larger multi-zone store. Zero design work, zero learning curve. All in-store only, 18+.
E-liquid menu by brand and flavour profile
Your full e-liquid catalogue organised by brand and profile — fruit, menthol, tobacco, dessert — with internal stock codes visible on screen. Customers browse flavours without asking every time, and staff spend less time explaining what's in each bottle. Update the menu from your phone when a line changes or goes out of stock.
Devices: pods, kits, mods + coil compatibility
Device catalogue with pods, starter kits and mods on screen alongside a coil compatibility table. Customers see which coil works with their device before they reach the counter — fewer returns, faster service. New device or firmware update? You push the change from your dashboard in seconds.
Tech services: coil change, warranty and recycling
Coil replacement, warranty procedures, drop-off repairs and battery recycling information on a dedicated screen zone. Customers know what services you offer without queuing to ask. Your opening hours and service prices update from your phone.
Launches, incoming stock + permanent 18+ notice
New e-liquid arrivals, limited editions and incoming stock announcements keep regular customers engaged. The permanent 18+ regulatory notice — required for all in-store vaping product displays — is included in every Digisini template by default and stays on screen at all times, keeping your shop TRPR-compliant.

Where the screen goes
in the vape shop
A vape shop lives on informing well about compatibility and communicating with rigour. Each screen works a part.
E-liquid menu
The e-liquid catalogue organised by brand and flavour profile — fruit, menthol, tobacco, dessert. A clear menu helps the customer find their profile and discover new lines, and reads while they wait at the counter.
Devices and compatibility
The catalogue of pods, starter kits and mods with the coil compatibility table. It is technical information the customer needs to avoid buying the wrong replacement, and having it on screen prevents returns and mistaken purchases.
Tech services and recycling
The coil change, the device warranty, the repair drop-off and the battery recycling point. They are the services that retain and give the image of a responsible shop, beyond the sale.
New arrivals and 18+ notice
The new lines and incoming stock with an estimated date, alongside the permanent 18+ notice. Announcing what is coming retains the customer waiting for their brand, with the 18+ always visible.
Inform on compatibility,
and communicate with rigour
A vape shop retains with the technical information and the repurchase, and protects itself by communicating with the rigour the sector demands.
Compatibility well explained avoids errors and retains. The customer who does not know which coil fits their mod buys wrong, gets frustrated and returns it. A clear compatibility table on screen helps them get it right, cuts returns and conveys that the shop knows what it is talking about. With a technical product, the one who buys with confidence comes back for the consumables with you and not online.
The consumable is the repurchase that carries the shop. Coils wear out and e-liquids run out: there is the recurrence. An e-liquid menu by profile and a device catalogue with its consumables in view keep front of mind what the customer has to replace, and announcing incoming stock retains the one waiting for their brand. It is constant repurchase the screen keeps alive with no effort.
Rigour in the communication protects the business. In a regulated sector, how you communicate matters. Keeping the 18+ notice permanent and the content limited to product information looks after the image and the compliance. The screen, updatable instantly, keeps that rigour without improvised signage, with the content always under your control.
To be straight with you: interior only and 18+. Using digital signage is compatible with the TRPR and UK vaping advertising framework if the content respects the applicable rules, but the responsibility for what is shown is yours; we do not promote or sell product for you. Digisini is the screen layer that informs on compatibility and communicates with rigour, not a legal adviser.
People still come in asking for disposables
and «we can't sell those any more» is the worst possible answer
Single-use vapes went from being most shops' front counter to being unsellable, and a good share of the people who bought them have not caught up. They ask, they hear a no, and a fair number walk out — not because they object to the rule, but because nobody told them what to buy instead or what it would cost them.
The wall is where that conversation should already have happened. Not the rule, which nobody cares about, but the swap: which refillable kit is closest to what they were using, what it costs up front, and what a week of it costs against what a week of disposables used to. That last figure is the one that changes minds, and it is almost always in the shop's favour — which is precisely why it is worth putting on a screen rather than leaving it to a conversation someone has to start.
And the second half of that conversation is the part staff repeat forty times a day: how the thing actually works. Which coil goes with which device, how often it needs changing, why it tastes burnt, how much liquid to put in, what the light is telling them. It is the reason people come back to a shop instead of ordering online, and it is also the reason a member of staff cannot get through a Saturday. Written down beside the products, it does the explaining twice — once for the customer who would never ask, and once for the assistant who has already said it nine times before lunch.
There is also a practical duty most shops handle badly and could be using: take-back. These are electrical items, they contain batteries, and they should not be going in a bin — retailers of a certain size are expected to take them back. Almost nobody says so, so almost nobody brings them. A visible line about it costs nothing, brings people through the door with a reason to come in, and is the rare compliance point that is also footfall.
What none of this should turn into is a campaign. This sector's communication is constrained, and the safe version is also the effective one: describe the product, the price, the compatibility and the practical steps, and leave the persuasion alone. A shop that explains well is already doing the only thing an online seller cannot do — and it does not need a single adjective to do it.
To be straight with you: we display what you upload and we do not track what is legal to sell or promote. What may be stocked, advertised and taken back is a matter for your trading standards team and your own advisers — the point here is only that people are still walking in asking for something you cannot sell them, and that what happens in the next fifteen seconds is currently left entirely to whoever is behind the counter.
