The lineup, the DJ and the weekly programme,
on your club screens

A nightclub lives on image and flow: tonight's lineup, resident vs guest, themed night, Saturday private hire, dress code, door price, welcome drink, weekly programme, legal capacity, closing time. Printed flyers don't make it to the street. With Digisini your frontage and inside screens show the lineup looped, upcoming sets, mocktails and live capacity — updated from your phone with no designer. 18+ · ID required.

Templates ready for nightclubs, music venues, DJ bars and late-night bars.

01

Tonight's lineup and DJs

Resident and guest DJs, set times, main room and VIP stage, themed night name, weekly programme and upcoming events. Loop the lineup on your frontage screens before doors open, switch to live set order inside — all updated from your phone in seconds. No flyers, no last-minute reprints.

02

Door info and dress code

Ticket price, drink included, guest list instructions, dress code requirements, 18+ notice (ID required — Challenge 25 applied at this venue) and legal capacity always visible. Keep your door compliant with the UK Licensing Act 2003 and give queuing guests the information they need before they reach the entrance.

03

Drinks, cocktails and mocktails

Full cocktails list, signature serves, spirits, bottles and prices for VIP table service. Mocktails for non-drinkers and free water available are surfaced as standard — Digisini does not support "open bar" promotions with no time limit. Responsible drinking reminders can appear on any slide or loop.

04

Private events and bookings

Birthdays, stag and hen parties, private hire evenings, guest DJ sets, residencies, after-parties and closing time per local licence. Show upcoming private dates on the frontage to fill the calendar, and switch to private-hire branding on the night. All managed from your phone, no designer needed.

Where the screen goes
in the club

A nightclub sells the night, raises the bar spend and stakes its licence on capacity. Each screen works one of the three.

Frontage and queue

The night's lineup: the resident and guest DJ, the set time, the door price with and without guestlist and the dress code. It sells the night to the queue and filters — whoever sees the dress code arrives dressed — before the door.

The bar

The drinks list, the signature cocktails, the premium bottles and the responsible promos (Spritz half price before midnight). At the bar people order what they see: the signature on screen sells more than the dark card nobody reads.

Room and booth

The DJ visuals, the set and the atmosphere. The screen is part of the show, not a sign: it syncs with the night and lifts the energy of the floor without pulling anyone out of the moment.

VIP and tables

The bottles, the table packages and private-event bookings. The VIP table is the high ticket of the night; showing it with its packages closes the big table and the birthday that fills a midweek night.

In the dark a printed list is unreadable. The only legible thing in a club is whatever glows on its own.

Fill the queue,
raise the spend, meet the rules

A nightclub lives on full nights, on the bar spend and on private events, and cannot slip up on capacity or the 18+ rule.

The lineup fills the queue and filters the door. The guest DJ, the event, the special set: the frontage screen sells the night to those passing and queuing, and communicates the dress code and the guestlist price before the door. Fewer arguments at the entrance, more people arriving knowing what they came for.

At the bar people order what they see. In the dark, nobody reads a laminated card. A signature cocktail or a premium bottle on screen, with a good image, lifts the average bar spend without the bartender having to shout over the music. The responsible promo before midnight fills the first, flattest slot.

Tables and private events are the high margin. The VIP table, the birthday, the hen or stag: they are the big ticket that fills a midweek night. Showing the table packages and private-event bookings closes those reservations, worth far more than single-entry tickets. And the visible capacity and 18+ notice keep you covered on the rules.

To be straight with you: we do not sell tickets or manage bookings or actual capacity. Your ticketing and door control stay where they are; Digisini is the screen layer that sells the night, lifts the bar and shows the packages. Meeting capacity and the 18+ rule is the venue's responsibility; the screen helps communicate it.

The only readable thing in a club
is whatever glows — which is why it is so easy to get wrong

Everywhere else in this list a screen has to win attention. Here it starts with a monopoly: paper cannot be read at all, and no-one is going to hold up a phone torch to check a price. The catch is that the same darkness that removes the competition turns a badly set screen into the most annoying object in the room.

So the usual advice inverts. In a sunlit window the rule is brighter; here brightness is the failure mode. Anything calibrated for daytime will flatten the lighting design, blow out the room and put a white rectangle in the corner of every photograph taken that night — and photographs are a large part of what a club actually sells.

  • Dark background, light text, and dimmed after midnight. Not a preference: the same screen needs two settings, one for the doors opening and one for two in the morning, and the second is far lower than anyone expects.
  • Nothing that moves near the floor. Movement belongs to the visuals and the lighting rig. A rotating carousel next to them reads as a fault, not as information.
  • And not in the main room at all, in most cases. The room already has a show. The places where a legible surface earns its keep are the ones the show does not reach: the door, the bar and the cloakroom.

Which is where the monopoly actually pays. The drinks price at two in the morning is where disputes happen, and it is the worst possible time to have them: it is loud, judgement is worse on both sides of the bar, and the staff member cannot stand there arguing. A price list that is genuinely readable does not increase sales — it removes an argument, which at that hour is worth more.

And one thing almost no club puts up, which costs nothing and is remembered: the last metro, the last bus, and where the taxis actually stop. It sells nothing. It is also the only information in the building that someone will still be grateful for tomorrow, and the cheapest possible answer to the part of the night a club is otherwise blamed for.

Common questions from
nightclub and venue owners

Tonight's lineup and DJs, resident and guest sets, set times, themed night name, weekly programme, Saturday private hire, dress code, door price, welcome drink, mocktails for non-drinkers, free water available, legal capacity and closing time. Everything updates from your phone in seconds — frontage, main room and VIP always in sync.
Yes. Any Smart TV with a browser (recent Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android TV) works out of the box. If your screen is older, a Fire Stick or Chromecast (~£30) turns it into a digital signage display. Setup: plug in, open Digisini in the browser, enter the 6-digit PIN. 5 minutes per screen — frontage, bar and VIP.
Yes. Each screen is fully independent. The frontage can loop tonight's lineup and upcoming events to attract queuing guests. The main room screen can show set times and cocktail promos. The VIP area can display private packages and bottle service. All managed from your phone, all updating in real time.
Legal capacity is a fixed visible field on your screens — it cannot be hidden or overridden, keeping you compliant with venue licence conditions. A permanent 18+ notice (ID required, Challenge 25 in UK practice) displays on all screens. This is compatible with the UK Licensing Act 2003 and supports responsible door management.
Yes — it is Digisini policy not to support "open bar" promotions with no time limit. Mocktails and non-alcoholic serves are surfaced as standard content fields, and free water available is a recommended notice. Responsible drinking reminders can be added to any slide or loop.

It is its most direct use. The frontage screen shows the resident and guest DJ, the set time, the special session and the night's event, and sells the night to whoever passes and whoever is already queuing. It also communicates the dress code and the price with and without guestlist before the door, so people arrive knowing what they came for and there is less friction at the entrance. You change it from your phone for each night.
Yes, and in a club it shows, because in the dark nobody reads a laminated card. A signature cocktail or a premium bottle on screen, with a good image, nudges the average bar spend up without the bartender having to shout over the music. And the responsible promos before midnight — the Spritz or the mocktail — fill the first slot, the flattest of the night.
It is where the high ticket is. Tables, birthdays and hen or stag parties are the big booking that fills a midweek night and is worth far more than single-entry tickets. Showing the table packages, the bottles and private-event bookings in the room and VIP area closes those reservations. The QRs or the phone number go to your usual booking channel.
