For coworking spaces, shared offices and business centres

Available rooms and events,
on the space's screens

The member walks in, looks at the lobby screen and sees which rooms are free, what workshop is on at 6pm and who's in today. Instead of asking at reception or checking a cork board, each area has its own screen showing relevant info. You update events and bookings from your phone.

What you display on screen
from day one

Ready-made templates for neighbourhood coworking and multi-floor corporate spaces.

01

Room & desk availability map

Which meeting rooms are free or occupied, how many coworking desks are left today, with a QR to book direct from the screen. The member sees if they can come in and work without asking at reception. When a room gets booked, you mark it from your phone and the map updates instantly.

02

Events & workshops calendar

Workshops, talks, networking and social events for the week with time, room and capacity. The member knows that today's "Investors Thursday" is at 6pm in Room C with one spot left. The calendar updates automatically when you add events from your phone.

03

Capacity, rules & services

Maximum capacity per room, usage guidelines (quiet zones, calls, pets, guests), available services (speciality coffee, 3D printer, phone booth, lockers). New members find answers without asking, and your space looks more professional.

04

Community, member of the month & Instagram

Current members with their photo and project, the featured member of the month, collaboration offers between members and the space's Instagram feed. You build community, give visibility to coworkers and turn the space into more than just desks and WiFi.

Where the screen goes
in the coworking space

A coworking space does not let square footage, it sells occupancy and community. Each screen pushes one of the two.

Lobby and reception

The floor plan of free or busy rooms, how many hot desks are left today and the welcome. It is the first thing the member and the visitor see; showing real-time availability turns a last-minute gap into a booking.

Coworking area

The week's events and workshops with time, room and capacity, and the house rules (quiet, calls, guests). The member learns about Thursday's networking and stays; an active community is what sets it apart from an empty office.

Meeting rooms

Each room's availability with the end time of the current meeting, and a QR to book the next slot. It ends the "is this room free?" and the double-booking that annoys members.

Community area

The members of the month with their photo and project, the featured one, member offers and your Instagram. Community is a coworking's product; making it visible retains members and turns them into your best salespeople.

The big room is booked for five and at ten past five it is still empty. Nobody walking past knows that.

Occupancy fills when it is seen,
community retains

A coworking space lives on occupancy and community. Showing one and activating the other is what separates a full space from one with empty desks.

What is seen available gets booked. A real-time plan of free rooms and desks turns spare capacity into income: the member who sees a room free grabs it for the call in twenty minutes, the visitor who sees desks available stays the day. Unsold occupancy is money that evaporates by the hour; the screen rescues it.

Community is the product, not the square footage. What sets a coworking apart from a rented office is the life: the events, the networking, the people. Showing the week's agenda and the members makes that community felt and used, and an active community is what retains the member month after month instead of losing them the moment they find a cheaper chair.

The visitor decides on what they feel. Whoever comes to see the space to decide whether to join is not comparing square metres, they are comparing atmosphere. A screen with lively events, members with interesting projects and a living community converts the visit into a sign-up far better than any rate-card leaflet.

To be straight with you: room booking is handled by your system (Cobot, OfficeRnD, Nexudus or whatever you use). The screen shows availability and the QR goes to your booking; we do not manage the booking itself. Digisini is the screen layer that shows occupancy and activates the community.

Common questions
from space managers

The room availability map showing which meeting rooms are free or occupied, the hot desks free for the day, this week's events and workshops with time and room, the maximum capacity per room, space rules, member of the month and the community Instagram feed. Everything updates from your phone in seconds.
Yes. Any Smart TV with a browser (recent Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android TV) works straight away. If your screen is older, a Fire Stick or Chromecast (~£30) turns it into a digital signage screen. Set-up: connect the TV, open Digisini in the browser, enter the 6-digit PIN. 5 minutes per screen.
Yes. Each screen has its own independent content and schedule. The lobby screen shows the room availability map and today's events. The coworking area screen displays free desks, usage rules and capacity. The breakout or terrace screen shows the day's menu and social calendar. All changeable from your phone.
There's no native integration with booking software like Nexudus, Cobot or Odoo yet. The room map updates manually from your phone in 5 seconds when a booking changes. For most spaces with fewer than 10 rooms, manual management is faster than maintaining an API integration. If you're on a Business plan or higher, we can discuss custom integration.
Small space with 1 lobby screen: Starter plan €9/month. Coworking with lobby screen + coworking area + breakout: Pro plan €19/month (3 screens, most popular). Large space with multiple floors and zones: Business plan €59/month. Multi-site coworking chain: Network plan €199/month (50 screens, per-space account). See all plans.
Yes. The player caches up to 48 hours of content. If the space's WiFi goes down, the screens keep showing the room map, events and rules without interruption. When the connection is back, it syncs only the latest changes.
No. Cancel anytime, no penalty. 14-day free trial on paid plans, no card needed. Free plan forever: 1 screen with Digisini watermark and 5% partner ad slots. Remove them anytime by switching to Starter at €9/month.
Yes, and it is what rescues the most occupancy. Every hour a room or desk sits unbooked is lost income that does not come back. A plan in the lobby with today's free rooms and hot desks — with a QR to book — turns the member's "grab it for the call in twenty minutes" and the visitor's "stay the day" into revenue. Your booking system reflects the availability; the screen puts it where everyone sees it.
It is one of its best uses, because community is what really sells a coworking space. Showing the week's workshops, talks and networking — with time, room and capacity — fills the events and lets the member know what is happening and stay. An active, visible community is what retains members month after month against the cheaper chair down the road, and it is hard for a competitor to copy.
Yes. Whoever comes to view the space is comparing atmosphere, not square metres. A screen with lively events, members with interesting projects and a living community converts the visit into a sign-up far better than a rate-card leaflet. It shows what the space is really like — the reason someone chooses one coworking over another — and you update it from your phone as the community and the events change.
